Static resources and lookup tables.

This package contains static data resources used throughout the ORCA pipeline:

• Correlator-to-antenna mapping dictionaries.

• Pre-computed masks for image processing.

• AOFlagger strategy files.

• Mountain azimuth/elevation lookup tables.

The resources are accessed via pkg_resources for reliable path resolution.
